Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

  1. Guest Cancellations
    1. Cancellations made within the host’s permitted timeframe are eligible for a full or partial refund.
    1. Cancellations after the deadline may result in no refund.
  2. Host Cancellations
    1. If a host cancels a confirmed booking, guests are entitled to a full refund and may receive credit for future bookings.
  3. Non-Refundable Bookings
    1. Some listings may offer discounted, non-refundable rates. These will be clearly marked.
  4. Force Majeure
    1. Refunds may not be issued for cancellations due to events beyond Lodgiko’s control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.).
  5. Processing
    1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
