Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
- Guest Cancellations
- Cancellations made within the host’s permitted timeframe are eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations after the deadline may result in no refund.
- Host Cancellations
- If a host cancels a confirmed booking, guests are entitled to a full refund and may receive credit for future bookings.
- Non-Refundable Bookings
- Some listings may offer discounted, non-refundable rates. These will be clearly marked.
- Force Majeure
- Refunds may not be issued for cancellations due to events beyond Lodgiko’s control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.).
- Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
