LODGIKO PARTNER AGREEMENT

2. Intermediary Role

Lodgiko acts solely as an intermediary between guests and hosts. We do not own, manage, or operate any accommodation or experience listed on the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Lodgiko may charge service fees on each transaction.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility and amount depend on the host’s policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Lodgiko is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of listings, host behavior, or third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, and content on Lodgiko.com are owned by Lodgiko or its partners and cannot be reused without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].


💰 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

    1. Guests should contact Lodgiko Support in case of disputes or issues. Our resolution process aims to be fair to both parties.

  4. Cancellations
    1. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.
  5. Payouts
    1. Payouts will be made after guest check-in, minus Lodgiko’s service fee.

  • Property conditions or safety
  • Host or guest conduct
  • Force majeure or external disruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lodgiko’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking.
