💰 1. Overview

The Lodgiko Affiliate & Influencer Programs are designed to reward individuals, creators, and organizations who promote Lodgiko’s hospitality network — including hotels, homes, experiences, and travel services — through digital channels, referrals, and content collaborations.

By participating, you agree to comply with this policy as well as Lodgiko’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

🔗 2. Program Eligibility

2.1 Affiliate Program

To qualify for the Affiliate Program, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Operate a website, blog, or digital platform with genuine user traffic.
  • Agree to promote Lodgiko ethically and accurately.
  • Provide valid contact and payment information.

Lodgiko reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on content relevance, quality, and compliance.

2.2 Influencer Program

To join the Influencer Program, applicants must:

  • Have at least 10,000 genuine followers or subscribers on one or more major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
  • Create authentic and original content aligned with travel, lifestyle, or hospitality themes.
  • Maintain a professional public image consistent with Lodgiko’s brand values.
  • Tag and mention @lodgiko in all relevant collaborations.

All influencer partnerships are reviewed and approved by the Lodgiko Creative & PR Team.

💵 3. Commission & Rewards

3.1 Affiliate Program

  • Earn up to [X]% commission on every completed booking made through your unique referral link.
  • Commissions are applicable only to confirmed and completed stays; cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions are excluded.
  • Each affiliate will receive a custom contract and rate agreement based on performance and reach.

Payout Details:

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • Payments are processed monthly, typically within 30–45 days after the stay is completed.
  • Payment methods: Bank Transfer or PayPal.
  • Lodgiko may adjust payout timelines in cases of dispute, fraud investigation, or processing delays.

3.2 Influencer Program

Influencers may be eligible for:

  • Complimentary or discounted stays at Lodgiko partner properties.
  • Sponsored travel experiences, brand events, or campaigns.
  • Paid collaborations, bonuses, or merchandise rewards.

Each collaboration is governed by a customized agreement detailing deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms.

🧠 4. Content & Brand Guidelines

Participants must adhere to Lodgiko’s brand and ethical marketing standards:

  • All content must be truthful, transparent, and accurate.
  • Do not make false claims, exaggerations, or misleading statements.
  • Always disclose partnerships clearly (e.g., #Ad, #Sponsored, #LodgikoPartner) in compliance with FTC and ASCI regulations.
  • Use only official Lodgiko brand assets provided by our creative team.
  • Do not impersonate Lodgiko or claim to be an employee, agent, or spokesperson.
  • Avoid offensive, adult, discriminatory, or misleading content in association with Lodgiko.

⚖️ 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Lodgiko trademarks, names, logos, and creative assets remain the property of Merahkie International Private Limited.
Participants are granted a limited, revocable license to use Lodgiko’s assets solely for approved promotional purposes.

Unauthorized use, alteration, or reproduction of Lodgiko’s brand materials may lead to immediate termination and potential legal action.

🚫 6. Prohibited Activities

Participants must not:

  • Use bots, fake traffic, or automated tools to generate clicks or referrals.
  • Manipulate referral links or engage in deceptive commission practices.
  • Post or solicit fake reviews or ratings.
  • Promote hate speech, illegal activities, or misleading campaigns.
  • Run paid ads that impersonate or misrepresent Lodgiko.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

📅 7. Contracts & Termination

  • Every affiliate and influencer will receive a customized contract outlining terms, deliverables, and payment details.
  • Lodgiko reserves the right to terminate participation at any time for non-compliance, fraud, or inactivity exceeding 90 days.

All program-related information — including campaign details, performance metrics, and brand data — is confidential.
Unauthorized disclosure of such information may result in termination and potential legal action.

🌍 9. Taxes & Compliance

Participants are individually responsible for declaring and paying all applicable income and self-employment taxes related to Lodgiko earnings.
Lodgiko may issue payment statements or withhold taxes as required under local or international law.

📈 10. Program Modifications

Lodgiko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate or Influencer Program at any time, including changes to:

  • Commission structures
  • Eligibility criteria
  • Payment processes
  • Program benefits or terms
