At Lodgiko, our hosts are trusted partners in delivering memorable and reliable travel experiences.
To ensure the highest standards of hospitality, all property owners are required to maintain quality, safety, and transparency across every stay.


Host Responsibilities

  • 🏡 Accurate Listings: Keep property details, pricing, photos, and availability accurate and regularly updated.
  • 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain all spaces in a clean, safe, and fully functional condition at all times.
  • 📅 Booking Integrity: Honor all confirmed bookings unless affected by unavoidable circumstances.
  • 🔒 Guest Privacy: Respect guest privacy and respond to all communications promptly and courteously.
  • ⚖️ Legal Compliance: Follow all applicable local laws, tax obligations, and licensing requirements.

💰 Commission Structure

Lodgiko charges a 13% commission (plus applicable taxes) on all completed bookings.
This amount is automatically deducted from host payouts.
Lodgiko reserves the right to update the commission rate with prior written notice to property owners.


⚠️ Compliance & Enforcement

To maintain platform quality, Lodgiko may suspend, delist, or restrict any property that fails to meet operational, safety, or service standards.
Repeated violations or guest complaints may result in account review or permanent removal from the platform.
