Host Agreement / Listing Policy

At Lodgiko, our hosts are valued partners who help create trusted, high-quality travel experiences. To maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction, all hosts must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Listing Accuracy
• Hosts must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information about their property, including photos, amenities, pricing, and availability.
• Misleading or inaccurate listings may lead to temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
2. Legal Compliance
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring their property complies with all local laws, zoning regulations, licenses, and tax obligations.
• Lodgiko bears no liability for any violations or non-compliance by property owners.
3. Guest Safety
• Properties must be safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
• Hosts must promptly address guest complaints or maintenance issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. Cancellations
• Frequent or last-minute host cancellations may result in account penalties, reduced visibility, or temporary suspension.
• If unavoidable, hosts should inform both Lodgiko Support and the guest as early as possible.
5. Payouts
• Host payouts are processed after guest check-in, minus Lodgiko’s service fee.
• Payments are made securely through the host’s registered payout method.
