All bookings and transactions are made directly between guests and hosts.

Lodgiko is not responsible for:

• The condition, safety, or maintenance of any property.
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of hosts or guests.
• Any force majeure events, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other external disruptions beyond Lodgiko’s control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lodgiko’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the affected reservation.
