Our cancellation and refund options are based on the individual property policy selected at the time of booking.

General Terms

• ✅ Free Cancellation: Available for select properties before the stated cutoff date.
• 🚫 Non-Refundable Bookings: These reservations are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly mentioned in the property’s terms.
• 💳 Refund Processing: Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• 💰 Cashback Policy: Cashback rewards from cancelled stays will be forfeited.

Lodgiko serves as an intermediary platform connecting guests with property owners and hosts.
All refund approvals and timelines are ultimately subject to the host’s cancellation and refund policies defined for each property.
